Classes are online, utilising resistance bands, hand weights and mat work.  All classes have a maximum of five participants to allow close supervision and progression of an individually tailored exercise programme. 

Prior to commencing Clinical Pilates class, a 1:1 assessment is required to identify specific areas of weakness and muscle imbalance. This session includes instruction in the basic principles of Pilates, such as muscle activation and breathing techniques.

 

Post Natal Gentle beginners Pilates

Gentle beginner level Clinical Pilates class for women returning to exercise in the post natal period.   Special attention is given to Pelvic Floor rehabilitation and safe abdominal muscle activation.

 

Breathe

A  45 minute breath based class.  Mobilise your muscles and your mind. Learn to identify and correct unhelpful breathing patterns and equip yourself with a sequence of breath based practices to calm and soothe.

Maximum of eight participants.

 

Studio

Thursday from 7am -10am

 

1:1 and duet sessions in the studio. Includes Reformer, Gym Ball, weights, resistance bands and functional exercise tailored to your needs. All sessions are with Prue Sargent, Physiotherapist.
